Musa is a finance and investment banking professional with two decades of experience in various capacities, including middle market deal-making. Musa spent over a decade with Generational Equity where he led client engagements for the firm and was a key member of the two-person team that established the firm’s New York office. Musa has participated in dozens of M&A transactions during his career and has been recognized for his many accomplishments in the field, including M&A Advisor Emerging Leader (40 Under 40).

Musa has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Bridgeport and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington. Musa is securities registered with MSC-BD, LLC, Member of FINRA and SIPC.

Haddi is a consultant engineer with a Professional Engineering license (P.E.). She has worked for over a decade as either a researcher or consultant engineer for various companies specializing in water and wastewater systems. Her work experience spans organizations such as Carrollo Engineers, Pepper-Lawason, EA Engineering, and UNHCR.

Haddi has a dual-bachelor’s degree in mathematics and chemistry with a minor in Physics from Kentucky State University (4.0/4.0) where she graduated top of her class in both Mathematics and Chemistry. She holds a master’s degree in environmental engineering from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where she also graduated top of her class.

Byron brings over 30 years of expertise in environmental compliance to Mansah. He is the co-founder of Hardin & Associates Consulting, which was acquired by Mansah in 2020. Prior to establishing Hardin in 2008, Byron served as the Dallas/Fort Worth Office Manager for Brown and Caldwell, a national environmental consulting and engineering firm.

With more than two decades in state and local government, Byron has held key roles including Public Works Director, Water Utilities Manager, Senior Environmental Health Specialist, and Program Manager for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), formerly the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC), within the Public Drinking Water Section and Water Utilities Division.

Byron’s extensive experience spans state, municipal, and private sectors, specializing in business management, public works, water and wastewater utilities, and environmental health.

Nii provides reliable insights in healthcare related engagements leveraging his experience in both business and healthcare. Nii’s experience includes serving as a Diagnostic & Interventional Radiologist with Kaiser Permanente in Portland, Oregon as well as a Physician for the Oregon Health & Science University. He has worked in healthcare for over fifteen years as a practicing physician as well as a chemist in the pharmaceutical sector.

Nii has a BS in Chemistry and Neuroscience from Williams College, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and an MD from Cornell University.

Anshul brings a breadth of experience in technology, engineering, and management. He is a leader in the product management space and participates in numerous speaking engagements. Currently, Anshul is a Group Product Manager for Meta and owns P/L for a $1B portfolio. Prior to Meta, Anshul held various leadership roles at Texas Instruments, Infineon, Silvaco, and Cisco.

Anshul has a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business. Anshul currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife and two children.
